The division that began it all, joinery remains a core area of expertise, transforming interiors – and constantly reshaping expectations.
Here, we push creative and technical boundaries, and redefine possibilities in bespoke interior glass. If it can be imagined, it can be made.
Combining groundbreaking aesthetics with precision fabrication and fitting, this division handles everything from prototyping to finishing.
From ferries and cargo ships to cruise liners and superyachts, this division delivers complete design, fit-out and refurbishment solutions.
Working independently or in conjunction with other divisions, this unit delivers speed, precision and quality in even the most complex projects.
This is where we train apprentices to recognised professional standards, enhance existing skills across the Group and explore innovation.

Established in 1988 by John B O'Hagan, Specialist Joinery Group has grown from a small team of 10 people operating out of a 5,000 sq ft workshop to one of Ireland's premiere manufacturers of bespoke joinery and fitted furniture.
Established by John Bosco O'Hagan operating from 15,000 sq. ft. premises.
Purchase first computer.
We grow fast, with projects for clients such as Murphy’s Irish Brewery, Heineken, Northern Bank and British Midland.
Computer Aided Design Department Introduced.

Specialist HQ, a new purpose-built production facilities and offices is established.
Ciaran joins John in the business.
Our assembly teams grow: we add further production equipment and increase production space. This significantly elevates our delivery capability and our portfolio develops considerably.

Sean Joins the business.
Dermot joins the business. Introduction of renewable heat.
Focus operations on London Market.

On our 30th Anniversary (3rd May 2018) we open our new factory extension with enhanced facilities totalling 145,000 ft². This includes technical innovations on the shop floor, upgraded office facilities, a 200-seater canteen, company gym and dedicated employee wellbeing suite.
